School Tours
We would love to show you around! School tours give families a chance to see our classrooms, meet members of the Panther Team, and learn about our programs. To schedule a tour, call the main office at (718) 495-7793 or email our Parent Coordinator, Ms. Blair, at nblair5@schools.nyc.gov.
Application Process
The Dr. Betty Shabazz School PS 298 serves students from 3K through 5th grade in Brooklyn's District 23.
3K, Pre-K and Kindergarten: apply through MySchools during the NYC Public Schools application periods each year. Offers are made by NYC Public Schools, and our staff can help you with every step.
Grades 1 – 5: families new to the school can enroll directly with us. Call the main office at (718) 495-7793 or visit us at 85 Watkins Street to get started, and bring proof of address, your child's birth certificate or passport, and immunization records.
