School Leadership Team (SLT).
The School Leadership Team (SLT) is a collaborative group of parents, school staff, and the principal who work together to support the success of all students. The SLT plays an important role in developing the school's Comprehensive Educational Plan (CEP), reviewing school goals, and making recommendations to improve student achievement, school culture, and the overall learning environment.
The team values the voices of both families and staff and encourages open communication and shared decision-making. By working together, the SLT helps ensure that the needs of our students and school community remain at the center of all planning and decision-making.
We welcome family involvement and encourage parents to learn more about the SLT, attend meetings when appropriate, and consider serving as a representative in future elections. Together, we can continue building a strong, supportive, and successful school community for every child.
